SMS Messaging Terms

Program Name: Silverline

Program Description: Reynoso Industries LLC, doing business as Molt Studios, sends SMS messages including 2FA verification codes, account notifications, customer support responses, and security alerts via our Silverline messaging service.

Message Frequency

Up to 5 messages per day for active conversations; up to 2 messages per week for routine notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, US Cellular) are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt-In

Users opt-in by visiting reynosoindustries.com/sms-opt-in and providing their phone number through our software applications where they explicitly consent to receive SMS messages. Users can also opt-in by texting START to (833) 366-5801 or (833) 364-4774.

How to Opt-Out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or STOPALL to any message to unsubscribe. Upon opt-out, you will receive a confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
